Grocery Run is wrapped for production!

Written and Directed by Max Kinchen, find out what happens when an ordinary child realizes something not so ordinary.

Grocery Run was shot on the Arri SR with Kodak Vision 3 500T/7219.

    Director of Photography notes:

    • Handhelding the Arri SR for a long duration of time does get painful.
    • Half a POV film, acting with the camera was quite amusing.
    • Everyone on set was awesome.

Thanks so much to the entire cast and crew. The production went about as smooth as it could have gone with the occasional horrible grinding (sound coming from the camera here or there).

    Day 3 Highlights:

Dan Jamieson chasing Chad around in a circle to get running sound.

Stuy town police on a power trip yelling into a walkie talkie we’re pretty sure wasn’t even on.

The dance between Dan and the neighbor.

    The Mini DV Skeleton crew.

For a full album of production stills, check em out on Max Kinchen’s facebook page.

We were wrapped by noon and even got to film a Trololo bonus music video which will be on the DVD extras.

Look for the release of Grocery Run in the coming months.
